Eye Drawing. In this tutorial you’re about to learn how to draw an eye using only photoshop. |

First draw the outline of an eye. You are drawing in Photoshop. it’s okay to have a little sketchy feel to the picture when you initially start the drawing.Don’t forget to draw the little pink spot at the corner of the eye. |

Now draw the eyeball. Normally the top of the eyeball is covered by the upper eyelid more than the bottom of the eyeball is being covered by the lower eyelid. |

Fill in the colors: Note: Do NOT use white for the eye-white. It is not white. Instead use a lightgrey.(maybe tinted with a little bit of blue).Don’t forget to color in thethin layer of pink at the top
of the bottom eyelid. If you looked at yourself in the mirror, you would notice it. |

The power of BLACK! The area at the bottom of the upper eyelid is almost always black. This makes the eye look very nice when it’s done. |

Shading the eye: Using a darker brown, shade the outer sections of the eyeball. Then using the dodge tool, and draw very thin lines radiating from the direction of the pupil. |

Use the dodge tool in a circular motion around the pupil untilyour eye seems to start to glow a little. To make your eyeshine, simply touch it up with a little bit of white. |

Eyelids:Your eyes won’t look too bad without eyelids at this point, but they do play an important part inmaking the eye look realistic.Notice the bottom eyelid? It’s been smoothened out and now has a defined thickness. |

Draw an arch above the eye using a thin black brush. Then using a soft round airbrush, (bigger size of course) at a very low opacity and trace over the same line a few times to create a nice shadow. |

Eye lashes~!No eye is complete without some dark pretty eyelashes =) Simply use a thin soft round brush and start drawing them lashes! Be gentle with them. =) |

Put in some shadow on the upper left and the lowerright of that upper eyelid line, and: TADA~!Made by: Yan F for PSEffect. |
